    Expunging a record has become ever more difficult in today's information age. Odds are a Judge adequately advised the defendant of his essential rights whereas the conviction will stand.

    Pursue the prosecutor from the county which the D felony happened. Most reasonable chance of success. DO NOT tell the elected prosecutor the reason for seeking AMS is for firearms reasons. That will send any elected official into a tizz fit. Just base it on the need for seeking gainful employment.

    It will require prosecutorial consent in order to obtain AMS years after a conviction. Good luck
