I have a friend who wants to buy a handgun from another friend in Ohio. I told him that it will probably have to be an interstate FFL transfer. Any suggestions for good shops he could go through? About how much does that sort of thing usually cost?

You might give Big Daddy's a call in Hagerstown. It is closer to Ohio if you need that. I think he charges between $25 & $35 dollars.
