    Outside the coup
Saw one of these things in the checkout lane at RK today. Brought it home to see what the critters think of it. Sat down and spun it a few times, next thing I see is both cats at my feet with eyes wide as plates. They don't like it when it spins too fast but will swat at it and keep it going when it slows down. Put it in a box and thought the cats were going to explode. They launched across the room and dove into the box after it. It didn't work well in the box, they kept crowding it and knocking it into a corner. It's in a shallow box now, I think from a case of canned corn, and it works much better now. They sit outside the box and slap it around. They played with it for over an hour. Gonna see what the dogs think of it later on.

Printed one just to see what all the fuss was about and when I spun it, I got tired.
