Fired PetSmart employee sets himself on fire in Evansville store

I could understand more if it was a high paying job, but petsmart?

i had a guy crack 2 of my ribs because he was termed from a $9/hr job.

as part of the severance package he recieved: a broken nose, two teeth that i thought should be detachable, part of his earlobe removed, and a fractured eye socket, and a 5 yr vacation in a couple of INDOC's airbnb.

I was a Service Manager at a forklift repair company in the late 90's. We had to terminate an employee who was a hot head. I took a snubby 357 with me that morning not knowing what to expect. The manager of the parts dept. saw me putting it in my desk drawer and laughed at me. He showed me the 9MM he had in his desk for the occasion. We went to the morning meeting with the branch manager to discuss the meeting/firing of said employee.....he had a 45 on his desk under a folder.

The employee came and went very quietly.
