When is everyone going to acknowledge that the crime in Indy is a cultural problem? It's not an apartment problem, or a policing problem, or a government problem, it's a "we celebrate being dirtbags, and don't want to improve ourselves" culture problem.

Thing is, when we say it the boundary's are broken. The PC police come to visit and you open yourself up for some very viscous attacks.
Even here in Ingo we have set boundary's. It is the new way of things.
