So I came across a Youtube channel, and thought I would share. It's called capandball, and it's put on by a guy out of Hungary. (No, that is not an outrrrrageous French accent.) He covers historically accurate attire, reloading and maintenance procedures, and of course the weapons themselves. Here is one on the Jäger rifle of the Napoleonic era:
