Best deal of the day: Kid walking around selling an M&P Shield 9mm for $325, but he wouldn't sell it, he ended up trading for a shotgun instead. Worst deal of the day: Vendor selling a new Glock 22 Gen3 bone stock for $795 right when you walk in the door. WOW!
My first trip to this one. Parking free but scarce and the entry fee is not bad. I get a "flee market atmosphere" feeling when I walked in but the people and vendors are friendly for the most part. Most prices are average to high especially ammo and some of the rifles. I did find a nice hex receiver Mosin circa 1928 that came home with me.
As most have said, this show has progressively gotten bigger and better. I picked up a SD9VE and some ammo/50 cal cans from the big ammo dealer in the middle.
I got talked into buying tires Friday before the show by my girlfriend, so by the time I left the Fort Wayne show I was broke. Didn't go to the Shipshewana show since I had nothing left to spend.
