    First thing I noticed is that the trigger has a little more slop in it than I would like. I checked out a couple other 1911's in the shop and some were worse, some were better. Trigger pull seems good though. I have ordered an Ed Brown trigger to fix the slop problem.
    Other than that, I like the way it fits and feels. Seem solidly built.
    I will do some shooting after the trigger is replaced.

    You may be able to adjust the trigger that is in the pistol unless you are talking about up and down "slop" . Congrats, I think a really nice 1911 for the money.

    I dont think Ruger makes a bad gun. Love it man!

    I had just bought my Para when they came out with that. I am a Ruger fan. Para has been a great gun though. I may actually buy another Para because I like this one so much.
