Day 1 is in the books a lot of really cool stuff planned for tomorrow.

Day 2 is in the books. We had all sorts of different weather. Class marched on through rain, cold and virus and the hardy souls that attended are better prepared for the jungle as a result. Never am I not proud of my two kids even when I am angry with them, but they stacked up just fine against what they were asked to do. All of the clients in the class did some really good work.

I hope to get some video segments together in the next few days of the class. There will be a return of FPF Training next April and you should plan to sign up.

3rd time and I continue to get a lot of different knowledge and old knowledge reinforced.

Sunday morning was less than desired but was able to learn that sweeping the garment is my best option. Even with 3 layers ofclothes, I was still faster sweeping the garment away than lifting it up. Interesting observation since I rarely practice that way.

Wasn't the class idiot but maybe the class punching bag lol

I'll make plans to make it a 4th year in a row.
