Franklin/Greenwood area mechanic?

I moved to the Franklin/Greenwood area recently and need to find a decent mechanic. I don't have any pressing repairs needed right now but like to use a local business when I can. Prefer someone who can do it all from oil changes, to brakes, to motor work.

Who do you used and like?

I will second that , the owners are good people , and he is gun friendly .

Whiteland has a couple. Professional Auto Care on US 31 between Tracey and Whiteland RD.....and Woods Automotive on Tracey RD just east of US 31.

Beck Automotive on US 31 between Whiteland and Franklin has been my go to, have always treated me right.

I've had some light work done at Greene's in Smith Valley (Just south of Smith Valley Road on Morgantown Rd) and at Oakley Automotive in the heart of old town Greenwood.

I should also add that we've had plenty of good work done at the Car-X at 31 / Stop 11. In fact, my old car is there right now getting more work done to it. (sigh)

We've had really good experiences with Greenwood Automotive on US 31 near the Golden Chassis, north of Worthsville Road. Gerald and Curt there have been honest and straightforward, and the quality of their work is good.
