I have no problem with speaking ill of someone who was not worth the air he breathed. Good riddance. His tribe disrupted my brother's funeral several years ago and at the time I could have strangled him with my bare hands I was so mad.

If you lived a life of spreading hatred, simply being dead doesn't expunge your legacy. Phelps took it upon himself to desecrate the sacred rites of veterans, creating anguish for their families and communities in a time of great vulnerability. The fact he died does not preclude me from saying we're better off without him and that he was a horrible person spreading hate in the name of a religion of love and peace.
