It's a lame "gym" that dissuades any sort of weight training. They also have a "no grunting" policy. If they catch you straining yourself (like you should), they'll kick you out.



As to the first part, I have absolutely no idea what he's training to say. Rantings of a runner?

if one wants to know anything he needs to try everything. I have not had much luck with plastic guns and holsters in the freezer despite manufacturers claims. However my metal guns and leather work fine.

i try to tell this to my wife... but for some reason she keeps shutting down my suggestions
