    It's Planet Fitness's slogan.

    It's a lame "gym" that dissuades any sort of weight training. They also have a "no grunting" policy. If they catch you straining yourself (like you should), they'll kick you out.



    As to the first part, I have absolutely no idea what he's training to say. Rantings of a runner? :dunno:

    Are we really have a conversation about storing loaded guns in freezers?


    I gotta believe it will still go bang.... just don't put you tongue onto the slide.


    if one wants to know anything he needs to try everything. I have not had much luck with plastic guns and holsters in the freezer despite manufacturers claims. However my metal guns and leather work fine.
