First, watch this video, as the guy breaks through fences.
    https://uk.news.yahoo.com/video/thin-fence-separates-nicholas-salvador-125502149.html

Then, this article is the result - he will be held in a psychiatric facility "indefinitely":
Nicholas Salvador detained over woman's beheading - BBC News
A man who beheaded an elderly woman in her garden in an attack of "extraordinary brutality" has been cleared of murder on the grounds of insanity.

Good reason to keep a gun handy, even at home, during the day.

    Could be anywhere
That family in the backyard showed zero SA. Hmmm, sounds of fences being knocked down, police helo overhead, sirens in the street...let's just mill around in the back yard.

Also, England, where if the lady who was beheaded used a gun to defend herself she would be doing hard time not lounging in a psychiatric facility.

20+ officers all standing around unarmed while the bad guy just does what he wants in the house at the end. There could have been a family in there just like the back yard next door. Whether you disarm your citizens or not, is one thing.. Disarming your police force is just stupid. I have never understood that concept. When seconds matter, the police are minutes away.. But in England it wouldn't matter if they were there in seconds. All they can do is yell at the perp.

Mind the gap.....between insanity and policy. Our brothers across the pond have crossed it. We here look longingly at their idyllic socialist system and wish we could have one too. Just a little more indoctrination of the unwashed masses through the propaganda machine, or as it is lovingly referred to, main stream media, and we can live free of the threat of our citizens bearing arms, even those citizens we pay to enforce our will.

Yes, clearly the marijahoochie calmed him. But for the weed, he might have decapitated more than one little old lady.

Yeah gotta be that marijuana making people lose their minds and become violent.

Well....It depends...Hear me out on this and I will post a video where I got this information from....

The British army took a major licking from the Zulu's in 1879 or so...I can remember what the battle was called but I can't spell it....The fight before Rorke's Drift....

Anyway the show "Secrets of the Dead" wanted to get to the bottom of what happened...They tested Martini Henry's and found out they were good for about a dozen or so shots (IIRC) before the powder build up would jam up the action...(The Brits later got this number up by lengthening the under lever)....Another thing they learned was what drugs were used by the Zulu...For the first time in history a Zulu Shaman gave them the drugs Zulu Warriors were given before battle.....One was an oil made from a strain of Marijuana that they coated their bodies with the day before and ritual danced while covered in it, then an hour before the battle they snorted a crushed powder made from a mushroom...

The scientist brought both substances back to England (I guess smuggling drugs into England is easy with a BBC Press Pass:)) for testing and the results were kind of neat....When they tested the Marijuana I learned something I wasn't aware of...There are two chemicals in Marijuana that produce a "high" and both do different things...One is the chemical that makes one paranoid and the other is the chemical that makes one mellow....The scientist said that all of the recreational marijuana she had ever tested was roughly 90-95% the chemical that makes one mellow while the remaining was the chemical that makes one agitated and paranoid...She tested the marijuana they brought back from Africa and the numbers were reversed!!!! 95% of the chemical that makes one agitated was present in this strain. She said the chemical that makes one mellow was barely enough to be measured.....The powdered mushroom was tested by giving two martial arts experts the powder...One got the real powder and the other got the placebo...They tested both of these men's fighting abilities before hand and they were equal...Afterwards the guy given the mushroom literally cleaned the other guys clock in the fight....He said he just felt stronger and faster (and measurably was).....It seems the chemical in it causes ones muscle to contract and gives one extra speed and an extra boost of strength....It's (the documentary) is 45 minutes long but a neat insight into a battle that knocked the British for a loop.....

Relevant information is about at 30 minutes into the video....
