    Be the hero of your family or office thanksgiving feast...
    you have a few weeks to perfect this recipe at home
    (the winner of dessert is the one they remember).
    This is a favorite holiday treat around our house.
    It's simple and fantastic. enjoy.

    Cranberry Nut Fudge
    -----------------------
    24oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    6oz Sweetened Cranberries
    14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/2-1 cup Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
    -----------------------
    Melt the chocolate chips until smooth either in the microwave or a saucepan. Stir in the cranberries, milk, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into a buttered 10x7 (ish) pan. After the fudge has solidified, cut into pieces.
