1980 I left Houston Hobby for SLC every Monday morning on Frontier.
They were great. Monday breakfast was never bad. Friday night dinner was good steak and potato.
Expectations are oh so very low now... Welcome to Oceania.

If Frontier flies anything like their internet service....... you'll crash.

This and their call center! I was on the phone for 30-40 minutes, I told her I wanted the next flight to Miami. She tried selling me a flight to some other city (Palm Beach maybe?) for late NOVEMBER!!!! WTF???
Thanks for all the input, I booked on Allegiant. Got a flight for tomorrow, with one bag and choosing a seat in the emergency row (little more leg room) for just over $300 round trip, compared to Southwest (which I usually use and like) for over $600.

Ya most people see the ticket price and dont realize how quickly little things like, bringing a carry on, and to the cost.

Just remember when it's your turn to fly the plane that everyone else was nervous too but you'll get the hang of it just fine.

When flying to and from Denver I always flew Frontier only because they had early direct flights out of Indy. It was the worst unpadded seating ever.

I would rather save transportation dollars flying a discount airline (but only direct) and then apply those saved dollars to entertainment on the ground. 2 hours of slight discomfort and annoyance is worth it, especially on a dollars-per-hour basis. Pay me $100/hr to be annoyed, then I’ll spend it on dining, or vacation activities.

Frontier and spirit are sime of the worst flights I've ever had, including discount euro airlines. Super uncomfortable and they nickle and dime you on everything.

I’ll only let one or two scaredy pants give it a try before I push my way through and land this b***h!

If you don’t need 2-3 checked bags and the biggest carry on they allow, don’t care for a warm watered down coke and a fistful of crackers, you can save quite a bit. Especially on last minute flights!
