This is another example of lacking context. Biden prefaced this comment by saying. " If we we can't make significant progress in racial equity this country is doomed".. a country in which White Europeans will be the future minority. It's also important to note who he was speaking to.

The comment in it's entirety was made in front of a zoom call panel consisting of Biden, Harris and influential Black individuals. Then he proceeds to explain that Blacks need to learn to work with Hispanics who are projected to be the future majority in this country.

And it's "supposed" to act, not suppose.
