    I saw this come up and thought: "Again?!?!" ...but no. You have to check those by-lines or those old posts will get you every time. :D

    I was driving up I-69 a few days ago and saw a road-kill armadillo somewhere just north of Evansville. Of more concern---how far north are the fire ants now?

    Fire ants! Them things are moving north? Know from experience what they are like!

    They're a curse, no doubt! After I posted that, I did a little checking and it's unclear how close they are. Some maps indicate they could survive as far north as Kentucky and some indicate a little different. Of course, how long did the "authorities" dismiss the possibility of mountain lions being in Indiana before they were proven wrong. ;)
