Its funny, but this happens A LOT more often than you think.

Especially at the grocery store - next time look at the two different sizes of peanut butter or other jarred/canned goods and see what the price per OZ is for the small vs. large.

I think they just try to take advantage of people who have the mindset that buying in bulk is cheaper. Or maybe they just didn't update the sales price on all qty's.

But back to topic, all the walmarts around seem to be overstocked with ammo, but the prices have all gone up 10-20%, sad sad sad.

My local WalMart (Terre Haute) had boxes of the Winchester M-22 .22LR ammo in stock. I had never seen them there before. I purchased a 1000 round box for $45.97 plus tax.

WalMart on 31 south has a ton of Federal ammo in. 9mm 100 rd value packs at $19.97 and for the first time I saw 45acp 100 rd value packs for $29.97! Also, plenty of HP ammo.

.308 was 500 rounds for 219.99 it was herters steel case, and they had a deal on 7.62 but I honestly cant remember the price, sorry.
