I love PSA, but they inflate their shipping for that deal. I bought 1000rnds from them a couple years back, and shipping was either 8 or 18 bucks, I dont remember. Its 33$ now. Not a deal breaker, just bear in mind, after shipping, the total for me was 413. That's about .30 a round, and that''s pretty normal if you shop around. Not the best deal in the world, but a great package deal, no doubt.
