    I agree also - I would change banks if I had anything to do with Citigroup. But this policy only applies to customers in Texas.
    Anyone know why they would single out one state for something like this?
    Still - time to start doing business with local banks rather than the big National ones.

    That doesnt make any sense to me. I'd just go to the ATM and get my money out liek I always do with my bank. I think like Mark said local banks! Im slowly moving all my studd to a local CREDIT UNION.

    I do not live in Texas, but I think that is BS for them, and since I have been meaning to close my Citi accounts, this is a good reason to go ahead and take my money elsewhere.
