getting a turbo rebuilt

my car had a light leak, so i took it to my usual mechanic to get it checked out. he put it up in his lift and started checking everything out. leak was coming from the turbo he's guessing that its just a seal that needs replaced, but he doesn't feel comfortable doing it. anyone know of a place in/around muncie that does rebuilds?
