Ghost Ring question on Mossy 500

Hi all,

I just bought a mossberg 500 with a heatshield installed from the factory.

It is the 8 shell version.

I have been looking at stocks from ATI and I believe that I am going to go with the ATI six position.

I was wondering where the best place to purchase such a thing would be. Right now I'm thinking ebay.

I also would love to add ghost ring sights to it, and have noticed that ATI also sells a heatshield with the sights attached. I would think that this would be a pretty simple and basic change out, just unscrew and rescrew to swap it out. Am i correct in this thinking or is there more to it?

On their website they have detailed instructions on how to install them , looks pretty straight forward .

I have read that sometimes in order to get the front sight attached it must be smithed, but this seems like the best non-smithing answer.
