I have a Glenfield Model 60. According to the SN it dates to 1974. The rifle itself is in good shape for the age. The wood has some nicks and marks but isn't cracked or beat up. Metal condition is good, no rust on the gun. Someone removed the blue from the front sight so it is just bare metal now. The rifle functions fine and has only given me problems after 200 or so rounds of cheap ammo in a range session. I have disassembled the gun and made sure the buffer was in good shape, since those are known to dry up and fall apart with age. I have a Bushnell 3-9 scope on it as well.
