It has Meprolight Tru-Dot Green/Green 3-Dot Night sights installed, and has seen fewer than 300 rounds down the barrel.
It includes everything from factory (3x mags, backstraps, and factory box). Also includes a Blackhawk Serpa CQC Matte Black OWB holster
