    Wouldn't that just be a Glock M17 magazine with a +2 extension??

    17 rounds + 2 round extension = 19 round magazine

you are correct, evan, it is the standard cap G17 mag with the factory +2 base.

Actually, despite what Glock claims, the newest Glock factory "+" baseplates (the ones with the "bent" profile; see below) give you +3 in 9mm or +2 in .40. My G17 mags thus equipped hold a full 20 rounds. :yesway:

    very true

I thought I was nuts when I installed +2's on my glock 26 mags and now they hold 10+ 3 + 1 in the chamber, 14rds in a sub compact. Nice!

    They're just regular Glock mags with a +2 baseplate (I think it's actually +3 though for 9mm).

Glock offers the G26 and G27 mags with the "+" floorplate pre-installed as a factory item. They may do so with the G17/19 mags in other markets, but I haven't seen them offered that way here in the States.
