Glock 9mm 17 round “sleeves” to fit flush in 19 grip?

Title says it all. I have accumulated some 17 round Glock mags (both factory and PMag) and I only own GL19 length grip guns (Glock 23, PSA Dagger, Sub 2000) and I get annoyed with the little bit that hangs out.

Anyone aware of either a reliable replacement baseplate or sleeve that slides on to close this gap? I can live with it if I need to but I thought I’d check.
