Has anyone used the sprinco or heavy recoil rods in there glock and if so did they help. I was just wandering if they were worth the money.

I have messed with various ones in both my Glock 34 and 35, ended up just sticking with the stock. Had issues with the ISMI during the State Match in the 100+ heat with it not getting the gun back in to battery, swamped back to the stock and ran flawless the rest of the match.

Seems to be a bunch of hype to me, not worth messing with.

other's who dabble with their reloads a little closer to the minimum will benefit from different springs, but I'm looking for consitant performance.

Alot of aftermarket guide rods and springs are answers to questions that were never asked.

    Stick to stock.

    This.

If you aren't going to do competition and require light springs for very light loads, then that is asking for trouble with a carry gun or HD gun. Remarkably, the stock Glock 35 springing was still VERY reliable with my super light loads...
