    if you like the polymer guns, i think the factory trigger is better on both the xdm and the m&p. i have read good things about the sig 2022 and the cz phantom also but have not shot them so can't really recommend them. might be something to look into though if you want to try something other than striker fire.

    I have a relative with a 2022 9mm, nice gun.

    Go to the Glockstore.com, they have a couple of different conversion barrels that will convert you G23 to a 9mm or .357 from $125 up to $235 for a ported or compensated barrel.

    I always say if it's not broke, don't fix it. Stick with the Glock....

    I have looked on that site at their conversion barrels, the cheaper ones are machined in China. Kind of scares me.

    I carried a lot of different guns, I'm happy with my Glock and don't have plans to ever replace it. But if I had to chose another gun I like my HK USP a lot.
