    So, I got a Springfield 1911 i've decided to rebuild (full internals/bluing/etc), out of boredom mainly, and I am having some problems with it. Even though some things are simple to work through (special front sight peg size/firing pin hole diameter/trigger thickness), I've never dealt with glued ejectors. Got the piece really cheap, with cracked off ejector tip (ejection problems + absent warranty, not sure how many hands it changed = cheap price).
    Anyone has any experience with getting those out, which they are willing to share?

    Springfield 1911s have a pinned ejector. The pin is in the frame slot for the slide rail.
    If you have removed the pin and the ejector won't come out easily a bit of heat with a heat gun may help. I find clamping the ejector in a vise with the frame upside down and gently prying up on the frame usually gets a stubborn one out.

    Not all of them it seems. This particular one has glued ejector - image a bit blurry, but there are clearly no pin:
