Not sure what you are referring to but I didn't think he signed an assault weapon ban.

No, he's not as pro-gun as I would hope for a president, but I think that many NRA members vote based on their endorsement. Who should they endorse? Obama? Johnson? (Sorry, I agree with many things librarian, but I don't think he has a shot of winning.)

Yes he did. Just because he claims a pro-gun stance now means nothing. He will say anything to get elected. Obama is also claiming to be pro-gun. And the NRA should only endorse a truly pro gun candidate.

He is and his mother was, a huge embarrassment to Indiana. Proud to say I am not in that district or I would be doubly frustrated.

Now I would agree that I would like to see Romney unwaivered in his statements for 2A, but the reason why I asked was because I remember this thread.
