    The real question here is whether or not Remington begins to make a quality product once again after all of this. My gut tells me probably not...:)

    Marlin is now turning out some very nice lever action rifles.
    I've bought a new Remlin in .35Remington and another in .45-70gvt.
    Both are beautiful fit and finish. They both shoot to point of aim, and function flawlessly.
    I'd be willing to stack them up against any old JM stamped Marlin, and yes, I do own an old JM stamped Marlin as well.

    I think you're right. I meant no harm, just poking a little fun at people. I've bought a few guns there over the years. No knock whatsoever on anyone who shops there.

    I shop there a lot... just mostly not as a gun shop.

    They do stock a lot at the cheap end.

    I just hope they aren't caving in to political pressure to stop selling ar type guns. Colt, bci defence stopped selling to the public, now dpms and bushmaster.
