I see it as a good thing. If you are not committing a crime, then you have no reason to be worried about it. But if you beat someone up, well that is a VIOLENT crime and you deserve to loose your LTCH for that.
I am only opposed to government surveillance. I do not mind citizens recording. They can do it now with their phones. The facts are that they can only store so much data, and you probably aren't that interesting to them unless you are committing a crime or a juggling clown.
