Went down early afternoon to hunt some goose and duck in atterbury. Saw that is said to be here at like 5am for the draw. Do you have to be there for the draw to hunt that day? Nobody else was even hunting so it's not like it's full. I'm lost. Seems like there are a lot of extra rules in atterbury that are just confusing. Any help is appreciated. Btw...is it fine to hunt coyotes there at night? And are there any special rules on that?

I agree. That place seems to me to be poorly managed. You can hunt at night . You need to fill out the white nite hunting card at the check-in station. You might want to call the office to see if there are any more "special rules".
