Goshen man shot and killed after 10 minute police chase

Saw this on the news tonight. Guy with a long rap sheet is pulled over for uncertain reasons, and decides to run. The chase ended with police surrounding the suspect after only 10 minutes. A taser cartridge was found at the scene indicating that police attempted to tase the man. In the end, an unnamed Goshen officer shot the man.

There are still a whole bunch of unanswered questions associated with this story. Did the suspect have a gun? A young girl in the house across the street said she thought she saw one. What was the original stop for? State police are investigating since it was an officer involved shooting.

Did you read that one comment? THe woman doubts he had a real gun because it would be illegal due to his criminal record... yeah, criminals usually worry about law breaking... especially one that would flee from the police to begin with...
