Got my first handgun today

Joined the darkside and bought a glock 21. Handled a few 45s and I really liked the way the 21 felt in my hand. Too bad my wally world was out of 45

Congrats on the Glock! You may have to get ammo where you purchased the gun. It is hard to find .45 at Walmart.

Great choice ...I've got its little bro (G30sf). Not sure where you are, but the Dunham's in Warsaw nearly always has UMC or Federal in 250-round boxes (not to be confused with 250 round-boxes). FWIW, the sporting department staff at the Warsaw Wally-World (WWW?) know me well enough to know what I'm about to ask them even before I get to the counter. I was able to pick up 100 rounds of 230grn Federal on Saturday afternoon.
