Got the bumper broken in this morning. 22 mile chase from 30th/Moller to SR67/Hancel Pkwy in Mooresville. Guy was going too fast to PIT during most of the chase but made the mistake of cutting a u-turn to head back to Indy. He had a surprise meeting with a guardrail....
