GPS Question

I have a mountain bike ride coming up in March. It will consist of approximately 60-70 miles of gravel roads, pavement, and trails with check points in between. I want to enter the cords of each check point in my GPS. I don't know hoe to do that. I have a Garmin 450T

You should be able to go into https://my.garmin.com/mygarmin/customers/myGarminHome.faces and plan a route there.

You can also enter the coords manually using "Where to" > "Coordinates" in your GPS menu. View your course map in Google Maps, right click each waypoint and select "Directions from here". The coords will show on the left side of the screen.
