Grains to ounces?

Im looking at shotgun slugs, and some are listed in grains, some are listed in ounces. Is there a calculator or formula that I can use to convert these so that I can tell how they compare?

Example: I am looking for a really heavy slug. I want to compare 1 3/8oz and 375grain.
