Hi all,

I just joined the site after my wife and I decided we needed a new hobby (we also thought about motorcycles...). I was exposed to firearms when I was in the scouts, and my wife grew up on a farm...so this is a new mutual pursuit for us and we're really enjoying it. Just like another new member said, we also started out by watching hours of Hickok45 and reading some Guns Digest books. Massad Ayoob's book on concealed carry has also been very informative.

I look forward to learning more from this forum, thanks everyone!
