Dang, who do they think they are, Cheaper Than Dirt?? The really stupid part is that the current bid is $960... meaning some idiot actually wants to pay that much!

Maybe it's been too long but I don't remember it being this bad at the past AW ban.

It wasn't, at least at first. But people remember. I think that's why they are panicking now. And people know that if there is an AWB there will be no sunset clause in the next one.

Plus, people were already buying because of Obama. Local shops around here with decent prices couldn't keep fighting guns like Colts, Glocks, M&Ps, and FNs in stock before the CT school shooting.

I think I'm going to start combing through my stash and selling some ammo... I have quite a bit of factory .223 ammo I kept in stock in case I went to NFA shoots etc where factory ammo was required, but I'm confident I can replace this ammo much cheaper in 6-12 months and I have reloads to cover me for a while.

Is gunbroker the best place to sell this stuff?

I learned then, not buying stupid priced stuff now, just wish I had skipped xmas presents and bought the rest of the parts I needed to finish my recently started AR build lol.. Oh well..

What I can't believe is the ammo prices.. I don't remember that last in "94, had plenty then too..
