    I've used Gun Broker for years now and never had a problem. The closest I came to an issue was a .44 mag I sold once and a few days later the buyer sent a long email with a tale of woe, asking if I would release him from his commitment. I agreed, relisted the gun and had it sold for the same price in a week. As with anything being sold on the internet you do have to pay attention to the details, and always ask questions if you're not certain of the description, or there aren't enough pictures.
