I know there have been different threads on calibers, but I'd be interested in knowing how many different gun manufacturers people own with their collections.

I'll start, since I don't know how to make this into a poll.

I'm not going to split hairs with companys which own other companys, just name recognition branding.

Back down now to just seven. I've had weapons from at least 13 different manufacturers (what I can recall), but I only hold on to those that I like best.

Two of my next three purchases (and likely many beyond that) will be from manufacturers whose products I already own, so it won't be going significantly higher anytime soon.
