I'm trying to put a scope on my Stevens 66-B. It is a great shooting rifle, but I can't use the open sights, my eyes just won't focus. It is d&t with two holes on the left side of the barrel. I believe (from what I've read) these would be for a Weaver N3 type mount.

    Would this fit the bill:
64626 - Remington, Savage, Winchester and Others 1-Piece Detachable Side-Mount Base, Black Gloss

    Something here?
    Weaver Detachable Side Mounts

Can anyone give me an idea of how tall of rings I'm going to have to get to accomodate a scope?
    Thanks for any help,
    Patrick :ingo:
