Just out of curiosity where do guys that carry ALL the time carry when they go swimming? Or do they just avoid bodies of water?

I haven't been to a public pool in 8 years, it's just a large toilet.

Nor have I, but I have been to the beach in recent years. I still play chicken with my friends; seeing how far we can swim before we chicken out. I always lose tho.

I would like to see someone use a plate at a distance though...Not to mention, too many gym goers can barely lift a 45 lbs plate, let alone use it in a self defense situation.

You need to find a new gym.
