H&R Pardner Protector, opinions?

Just put a H&R Pardner Protector on lay a way at Dunhams. Just wanted some opinions on this gun from those that have experience with it. I figure its a pump gun, how bad could the Chinese screw it up?

870 Remmington stuff fits right on it. Its Mfged. by Norinko. Good Gun for a low price.

I've put a couple hundred rounds though one without any issues. Finish isn't great but it's a tool not a treasure.

How much was it if you dont mind? I am looking for a "cheap" 12 ga for my next purchase and havent made up my mind yet.

I got mine but sold it a while back. Paid $160 at my LGS last summer. They typically don't like the Winchester bulk ammo. Hard to rack the next round but that isn't due to poor quality. The Remington 870 has the same issues from what I've seen in a half dozen or so of them (express or wingmaster).
