    I'm a little confused. I thot Ludco was shutdown. When was this ad run?

    It was/is shutdiwn, this was in the current great deals magazine. Hence all the satire. You can't read the fine print but I think it actually says offer only availble on handgun purchases to felons and out of state residents, or of course under cover batf agents and informants.

    I must say, I have never done business with this company, but judging by the comments (especially in the forum about the bust) there was no love lost to this shop.

    I was watching a documetary last night on the Bernie Madof (sp?) auction. In the documentary it said that property seized by a DOJ branch is auctioned off by the US Marshall Service. Does this hold true for firearm?
