did you remove & reinstall the UID sticker, or is that the way it came from the factory? On mine and all of the others I have seen the sticker was on right side of the slide. Just curious.

Interesting question. I just did a quick search and it does seem that it's typically on the right, however here are some examples with it on the left:

I was Just curious... as mine and others I've seen had it on the other side.. I really like mine, very smooth action, and a well balanced gun. Others I have let shoot it think very highly of it..

Certainly not as impressive as some of your guys, but this is my 'collection'. Hope to grow it more soon. Next on the list will be some sort of practical carry pistol while I wait for a permit to carry.

The Ruger was my first pistol, a gift. The S&W was something I bought, sort of a 25th birthday present to myself.

some crappy pics of my most recent acquisition - cost me a whopping $300 + FFL and registration fee! sadly, in a moment of stupidity i hit a pin a bit too hard on reassembly (initial cleaning, inspection, and froglubing) and snapped the hammer release lever in half. new one is on the way.

Use a photo hosting sight like photo bucket. put the link between the tags like this......

or photo bucket will let you just auto copy the like with tags in place.
