Has Anyone Seen This?

If you notice the two pices of brass in the pic the one on the right has a flat portion on the left side of the case. Just wondering what this is from and should I be conserned? This was the only case that did it out of 15 rounds shot. Thanks Fellas!

It honestly to me looks like the one on the right landed on the side of the case mouth when you cycled your bolt.

Never thought of that, Very well could be. Would make scence because thats the only one that did it

It's normal and will go away when you resize the brass.

My M1 and M1a ding the case mouth more than not, comes out when resizeing. This happens from the case hitting the charge handle on ejection.
