Granted the shot was pure pot luck at that distance, and with that caliber.

I don't think when Jerry hits a steel plate at 1,000 yards with his second shot that it was pure luck. Sure his first shot helped him walk it in, but the man has made a career of being awesome.

I am impressed that he can get hits at that distance off hand with the 9x19. However if you noticed the video he doesnt hit the balloon, the bullet disinigrates when it hits the steel and pops the balloon.

I thought that too...but I'm not sure I'd even be able to see that plate or balloon at that distance, much less hit in the same zip-code.
