This would be the most logical choice, and I lived downtown for about five years and frequented many of establishments on a regular basis.

I'm heading to Indianapolis this coming weekend for the NRA annual meetings and I'm planning on carrying.... anything specific I need to be aware of? I've already called the NRA and I was told that yes, we can carry in the convention center.... anything else I should watch out for?

Nicky Blaine's is worth a stop - I didn't know that they were still around. Easy walk (or cab ride) from the Convention Center. Lots to do in Indy on a weekend, I hope you enjoy yourself. We're looking forward to a great convention.

Thanks, everyone. We have been looking forward to this since the NRA convention in St. Louis 2 years ago.... we chose not to go to Houston.... I'm excited to hit the floor.
